Grown in the cool Carneros conditions that maintain excellent balance between fruit characters and acidity in grapes. We ferment and age this wine in French oak barrels, and leave it on the yeast lees for months to enhance texture and complexity. Floral aromas mingle with fresh citrus, orange blossom, and white peach characters, and the palate is weighty yet balanced, with a mouth-coating texture and a clean, mineral finish.

We select sauvignon blanc grapes from the best growing spots in Napa Valley, including our estate ranches in Carneros, Suscol Springs, Rutherford, and Calistoga. Cool nighttime harvest, whole-cluster press, and a variety of fermentation vessels-stainless steel tanks, neutral French oak barrels, and a concrete egg-enhance the complexity of this bright, crisp, mineral-driven wine.

Our classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon reveals aromas of ripe blackberry and boysenberry with hints of dark chocolate and sweet oak. On the palate, the dark fruit is balanced by fresh acidity and lush tannins that carry all the way over a lingering, elegant finish—with just a kiss of minerality. Enjoy this wine now, with everything from lamb burgers to filet mignon and fire-roasted portabello mushrooms—or lay the wine down and watch it continue to develop complexity in the bottle for years to come.

We blend our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from special spots throughout the region; The renowned cabernet sauvignon appellations of Rutherford and Oakville impart classic Napa Valley bold fruit intensity, while the warmer Calistoga area to the north, and the cooler southern reaches of the Suscol watershed contribute layers of complexity and depth of flavor. These distinct sites with diverse soils and microclimates enable us to craft a rich, yet elegant classic Bordeaux style blend that highlights the best of the Napa Valley.

A dense shade of crimson red coats the sides of the glass. Subtle aromas of cedar wood and rose petals mingle with hints of well-seasoned oak. The entry of the wine is seamless and prepares the taster for a broad mid palate saturated with ripe cherry and dark chocolate. The wine finishes with broad and rich tannins that linger on for nearly a minute.

Our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon artfully combines the classic elegance of the old world and the ripe fruit of California. It displays an opaque garnet color with a bouquet driven by fruity aromas of blackberry liqueur. It also offers the savory components of sage and molasses. These complex aromatics are complemented by sandalwood and nutmeg characteristics indicative of American oak aging. This is a well-structured wine with a compact and rich mid-palate buttressed by silky tannins and generous acidity. Given proper cellaring, this wine will provide drinking pleasure through 2037.

The 2015 Oceana Chablis presents as a delicate, pale yellow in color. You are immediately drawn into the glass as notes of lime and wet stone with hints of chalk and citrus blossom greet you on the nose. As you begin to taste, the palate follows the nose, and is well balanced between citrus notes and minerality, with a gentle reminder of kaffir lime leaves. Emancipation, a California produced Rhne varietal blend, challenges the norms and intrigues from the first sip by bringing together Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre with Petite Sirah. This wine is smooth, bright and juicy, yet delicate and refined. Bright red cherry on the front of the palate leads to a briary herbaceous quality on the finish. This blend is palate coating, with a long, lingering finish and structure to pair well with rich foods.

The 2015 Confession Red Wine is dark, dense and immediately intriguing in the glass. Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and grown in St Helena and Rutherford, you are greeted by blue and black fruits, a dusty, herbaceous quality and a hint of ginger-molasses cookie on the nose. The well integrated new French Oak is nicely balanced with fruit, and it supports the richness of the wine, while framing and balancing the dense palate. This mouth-coating, juicy blend entices with notes of dried mission fig, star anise, and blackberry.
