It is the oak that makes the greatest contribution to the quality, natural color, distinctive aromas and flavors at the heart of this single malt whisky. A trinity of spirits, Triple Cask 12 Years Old is matured individually in Sherry-seasoned European oak casks, Sherry-seasoned American oak and ex-bourbon American oak casks and then expertly married together to create a vibrant single malt bursting with citrus fruits, vanilla and fresh oak flavors. This uniquely complex combination of oak casks delivers the extraordinarily smooth and delicate character of this single malt.

TRANSCEND TRADITION Old Elk Bourbon uses four times more malted barley than conventional recipes and a Slow Cut proofing process. The Old Elk recipe includes three quality ingredients malted barley, rye, and corn. The additional malted barley, combined with spicy essence of clove from rye, and the traditional rich bourbon character from corn, creates the overall robust taste profile.

The Slow Cut proofing process used for Old Elk Bourbon enhances the bourbon's flavors through a patient process where full barrel proof bourbon is cut, left to rest, and then the process is repeated. While traditional proofing takes 24-48 hours, this slow cutting technique, developed over several test periods, takes significantly longer. This intentional time period allows the flavors to marry between stages, until the exact character is achieved, creating an overall smoother bourbon.

Taken from the center-cut or middle sections of the famous Warehouse H, Blanton’s Original Single Barrel was once designated for ambassadors, dignitaries, and Colonel Blanton’s family and friends. Today, everyone has access to the world’s first single barrel bourbon. The taste profile is sweet, with notes of citrus and oak. The creamy vanilla nose is teased with caramel and butterscotch, all underscored by familiar baking spices such as clove, nutmeg, or cinnamon. Blanton’s Original set the standard for single barrel bourbons in 1984. Best served neat or on the rocks. Bottled at 46.5% alcohol by volume.

Made using wild Italian elderflowers grown in the foothills of the Alps, Fiorente is vibrant in color and delightfully floral with a fresh taste of elderflower. Fiorente is designed to make the perfectly balanced aperitif with lower sugar content and the zesty addition of Sicilian lemon peel and fresh mint in the infusion.

All the ingredients that go into the making of Fiorente are entirely natural.The elderflowers are dried and taken to our carbon-neutral distillery where they are infused in alcohol and left to macerate. Fresh mint leaves and Sicilian lemon peel are infused separately to extract the aromas and then all the distillates are slowly blended together.We only use alcohol of agricultural origin which has been distilled to our specification. As a final touch, honey from our own bees is added to give the liqueur its unique sweetness.
