Aberfeldy Distillery is nestled within a lush valley in the foothills of the Central Highlands of Scotland. Craigellachie 13 is matured in a mixture of both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The bourbon casks bring vanilla, toffee and fudge notes to the fore, and the sherry casks provide richness and complexity.

It is in this way that the mastery of blending – vintages, terroirs and grape varieties – is at the essence of Armand de Brignac’s philosophy.

Tasting Notes: 

Peach, apricot and red berry aromas are followed by crystalized citrus, orange blossom and hints of brioche. The palate is rich with cherries, exotic fruits and a touch of lemon, vanilla and honey. The mouth feel is soft and creamy, with a hint of toastiness, from the unique Armand de Brignac dosage which is aged for one year in French oak barrels.

Armand de Brignac Rose is among the finest examples of the famous pink Champagne blend ever conceived, and is packaged in a brilliant pink-gold bottle with matching adornments. Its beautiful color is achieved through assemblage, the process by which sparkling white wine is blended with a proportion of still Pinot Noir wine. TASTING NOTES

This Rose is announced with a rich bouquet of red fruits with delicate, smoky grilled notes behind. It is fresh and full-bodied on the palate with aromas of strawberries and blackcurrant, and is lingering and complex in its finish.

One of the world's most beloved and recognized champagnes, Yellow Label is a signature of the Veuve Clicquot House. This golden-yellow wine is immensely pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palette. The initial notes of fruit are followed by more discreet aromas of brioche and vanilla. Pairs beautifully with a variety of foods, including roast duck, smoked salmon and shrimp.
