Stellum Bourbon Tara is a blend of three unique blends. The first is focused on high-rye and high-corn Indiana Bourbon, the second is focused on older fruit-forward Tennessee Bourbon, and the third is concentrated on spice-driven Kentucky Bourbon. The three blends were slowly layered into the final blend, resulting in a multifaceted bourbon with the structure of a high-rye Indiana Bourbon and the nuance of hand selected Tennessee and Kentucky barrels. ABV: 56.77%

Stellum Bourbon finds its flavor in the tension of three Indiana Bourbon mash bills, two of which are high-rye, with the third being almost exclusively corn. Older barrels from both Kentucky and Tennessee are folded in slowly, through a multi-step blending process. This brings added layers of depth and complexity, ultimately allowing us to round out a uniquely Stellum flavor profile.

Stellum Black Bourbon is the next step in Stellum Bourbon’s evolution. By incorporating reserve barrels from our stocks with the original Stellum Bourbon blend, we created a bourbon that delivers robust flavor alongside profound complexity. The result is an expression both entirely new and deeply familiar, with roots firmly planted in Stellum Bourbon.
