Tasting Notes
Maturation: rested in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and gradually reduced over time
Nose: Sweet and vegetal with hints of black tea.
Palate: Soft and graceful with a notes of fresh cut grass and green beans.

All-natural rum-based coconut liqueur made with three ingredients only: young coconut, rum, and sugarcane syrup. Complex toasted coconut and cut grass aromas evolve into a satiny palate of roasted nuts and sweet fresh coconut.
Nose: Desiccated coconut and confectioner's coconut.
Palate: Initially very sweet desiccated coconut before spirituous grassy rum notes emerge and add balance.
Finish: Coconut icing sugar with mild white pepper spice and faint grassiness.

Maturation: 10 years of tropical aging in ex-Bourbon barrels
Nose: Orange marmalade, honey, and roasted cocoa bean aromas evolve into dried fruit, leather, and cigar notes.
