Tasting Notes

Color: Calvados copper color with a light golden undertones.

Taste: This strong drink has a silky texture and soft nuances of fruit on the palate, complemented with light shades of baking apple filling, notes of oak and vanilla.

Aroma: Sophisticated fragrance reveals hints of calvados baked apples, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Gastronomy: Calvados is ideal as an aperitif and digestif. It goes well with coffee and fruit desserts with apples or pears.
