In a traditional Hebridean style, Caisteal Chamuis is a blended whisky that offers complex layers of smokiness.
HEAVILY SMOOTH
Though heavily peated, Caisteal Chamuis is mellowed by means of double barrelled aging, making it inexplicably smooth.

CAISTEAL CHAMUIS
•Double Barrelled - First-Fill Bourbon Finish
•First aged in refill and first-fill American oak Hogsheads
•Two stage re-aging with part of the blend in Virgin American Oak. Have Char 250 litre barrels, with Fresh Oloroso Sherry
European Oak Heads, and the rest into refill Hogsheads
•Final ageing finish in smaller 200 litre fresh Bourbon Barrels
