The heart of Africa sits at the heart of our gin, the fruit from the legendary Baobab tree.
Our gins are distilled using locally grown sugarcane, bountiful African botanicals of Juniper berries, Coriander, Rosemary, Cinnamon, Coarse Salt, Lemon Peel, Baobab and Orange Peel, it’s then blended with the purest water from the Midlands of KwaZulu-Natal.
We copper pot distill in small batches, resulting in the smooth finish of our interpretation of a Classic Dry Gin and our Blood Orange gin.

Bayab is the second spirit from our African journey. We're traveling through Africa, starting in the South, producing amazing spirits from the countries we visit. Our mobile distillery will travel to different countries, produce different flavours and share different stories.
