Palate: Smooth and balanced, combining pineapple and cherry with sweet barrel contributions of caramel, walnut, vanilla, and white chocolate. Soft agave character is enhanced by a touch of anise, creating a harmonious flavor profile.

Craftsmanship
Made from highland agave harvested after six to eight years, the piñas are slow cooked and fermented for at least 120 hours with the relaxing accompaniment of classical music. Double-distilled in copper stills, the tequila rests in American oak barrels for four months, developing subtle sweetness and soft oak complexity while preserving the purity of the agave. Bottled at 38 percent or 40 percent ABV in 700 ml and 750 ml formats, this reposado highlights tradition and precision.
Best Enjoyed
Sip neat to appreciate its delicate balance of fruit and oak, over a large ice cube for a softened profile, or in elevated tequila cocktails that call for subtle richness.
