A relative newcomer in the agave spirits world, Avilas have been produced exclusively in Morelos, Mexico for the past 30 years using the unique production method of both smoking and steaming the agave piñas.
Revel, the first Avila to come to market in the US, is made from 100% pure Blue Weber agave using zero additives or sweeteners.

Revel’s triple-distilled Reposado is a multi-award-winning Avila - most notably being named 2018's "Reposado of the Year" by the San Francisco International Spirits Competition. This wonderfully layered Avila has been aged for 12 months in charred oak, giving it a burnished gold hue and notes of cooked banana and Sandalwood. Serve it neat, on a large rock, or in a simple, spirit-forward cocktail like an Old Fashioned.
Tasting Notes:
Nose Smooth smoky oak.
Palate: Notes of black-peppered toffee and spicy sandalwood.
Finish: Fresh agave and grained tannins.
