This limited-edition release blends tradition and innovation, reflecting both Pinhook’s barrel expertise and Bodenheimer’s refined palate.

Craftsmanship
This whiskey is distilled at Castle & Key in Kentucky, using a mash bill of 60% rye, 20% corn, and 20% malted barley. It is aged for six to seven years in new char #4 American oak barrels, then bottled at cask strength (121.9 proof / 59.45% ABV) to preserve its full intensity.
Pinhook’s team worked closely with Neal Bodenheimer, co‑chair of the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation, to blend a rye that not only shines in classic whiskey cocktails like the Sazerac but also gives back — a portion of proceeds supports hospitality education and wellness programs through the foundation.
