Tasting Notes
Color: Crystalline with light yellow sparkles.
Aroma: Notes of plum, peach, pineapple and subtle notes of yeast and rice, typical of the fermentation process.
Flavor: Semi-dry with fruity notes, lactic and fresh character, with strong acidity and medium aftertaste.
Suggested Pairing: Fantastic with smoked fish and fried or grilled dishes.
Perfect serve: Cold wine glass, at 5ºC.
