The brandies are aged in 100% local Gascony oak barrels, developing nuanced flavors and subtle tannins while naturally losing 3% annually to the “Angel’s Share.” Blending is overseen by the Lesgourgues family and the cellar master, ensuring harmony and complexity in every bottle.
