An organic cider produced on the Cotentin peninsula in Normandy by woman cider maker - Marie-Agnes Herout.
Golden yellow color. Aromas and flavors of pickled apples, grassy herbs and creamy cheese. Very dry and crisp, displaying a nice level of acidity and even a hint of salinity, like a cool sea breeze. Lovely balance and flavor integration.
A table-ready French Cider traditionally paired with fresh oysters and mignonette sauce, charcuterie, creamy soft cheeses, duck and baked ham.
