George Dickel Rye Whisky

George Dickel Rye Whisky is the only rye finished in the style that made George famous. We start with the finest rye whisky available, made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Then we finish it in the Dickel way chilled, then charcoal mellowed for bright, spicy flavors with the smoothest, finest finish around.

Enjoy the following cocktail recipe

2 lemon wedges
2 oz (60 ml) George Dickel Rye
7 ml Cynar
20g kumquat syrup

First, use a brůlée torch to char the lemons. You can use a cast-iron skillet at home to char either side of the lemon. Once they are charred, remove them with a pair of tongs and let cool for a moment.
Once cool, muddle 2 charred lemons with all the ingredients in a shaker. Shake and double strain into a coupe. Enjoy.
