Crafted by internationally renowned winemaker Enrique Tirado, this wine represents an assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignons and Cabernet Franc originating from 7 distinct, yet contiguous sub-divided blocks with vines ranging from 25-30 years old. Each contributes something special to the final blend.

TASTING NOTES
Don Melchor is a bright ruby red. Elegant and complex on the nose, brimming with notes of black currants and spice complemented by chocolate and tobacco. Fresh red fruit features in a well-balanced wine with soft tannins, giving way to a refined, persistent finish.
