Creador Lumbre + Espadín Mezcal is a bold ensemble crafted to combine the forest fire spirit of Lumbre agave with the approachable texture of Espadín. Master Mezcalier José Alberto Pablo merges two agaves from the very start—cooking, milling, fermenting, and distilling them together in a 50/50 blend—delivering a unified expression of smoky elegance.

Tasting Experience

• Appearance: Pale amber with soft golden reflections.

• Nose: Fresh citrus zest, warm clay dust, and an undercurrent of black pepper.

• Palate: Smooth and slightly viscous, with rich red berries, roasted agave complexity, and a gentle earthiness.

Craftsmanship

• Production: Cooked together in a rock-lined horno for 4–5 days, milled by hand, fermented in clay pots, and distilled together in traditional clay stills.
