0.75 oz Simple Syrup
8 Mint Leaves
3 Mint Sprigs (Garnish)

Pack mint julep cup with crushed ice. In a mixing glass, combine bourbon, syrup, and mint leaves. Lightly bruise mint leaves with a muddler, strain contents into julep cup. Garnish with 3 generous sprigs of mint. Make sure to slap mint. Make sure to insert straw into ice near mint.

OLD FORESTER WHISKEY SOUR

2 oz Old Forester Bourbon
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Cherry (Garnish)
1 Orange Wedge (Garnish)

Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice. Garnish with skewered cherry and orange wedge. lemon peel (oils expressed).

OLD FORESTER HORSE'S NECK

2 oz Old Forester Bourbon
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Ginger Ale
1 Long Lemon Peel (Garnish)

In an ice filled Collin's glass, combine bourbon, bitters, and top with ginger ale. Peel a generous lemon peel , express a light squeeze of oil over the drink, and tuck the peel into the cocktail, winding through the ice.

0.5 oz Triple Sec
3 oz Sour Mix
Lime Wedge (Garnish)

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add ingredients. Shake vigorously to mix. Strain into a margarita glass filled with fresh ice and rimmed with salt (optional). Garnish with lime wedge.

2 oz el Jimador Reposado Tequila
5 oz Grapefruit Soda
1 splash Lime Juice
1 pinch Salt

Add all ingredients into a high ball glass filled with ice. Stir well to mix. Garnish with lime wedge.
