Bull Run
While Medoyeff (meh-Doy-eff) Vodka can be challenging for some to pronounce, it’s always easy to drink.
Our Head Distiller Lee Medoff, a 3rd generation Oregonian, is the grandson of Alexander Medoyeff who eventually settled in Oregon after the Russian Revolution.
As a salute to his family heritage the first spirit he made was naturally vodka. Medoyeff Vodka is a naturally flavorful vodka with distinctive mouth-feel and a clean sharp finish.
The Taste
Subtle sweetness opens to a spicy mid-palate with a long, clean finish and a mineral-rich mouth-feel.

Broken Shed
Broken Shed Vodka is a crisp, clean vodka distilled with the purest New Zealand mountain mineral water, spring water, highest-quality sustainable whey, and nothing else. No additives, sweeteners or GMOs. Gluten-free at every stage of the process.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: An initial pure hit of a dominant vanilla aroma, which dissipates into a subtle blend of citrus and freshly-cut southern grass notes.
Mouthfeel: A luxurious sensation that coats the palate, and melts away seamlessly, leaving a smooth yet subtle lingering on the side of the tongue.
Palate: Pristine spring and mineral waters and whey protein distillate is all that we use to make our vodka. This results in a clean taste and luxurious mouthfeel that will impress.
Finish: Smooth, with a touch of warmth, leaving a delightfully pleasant yet concise lingering of flavor on the palate.

Chopin
The world’s first rested, super-premium young potato vodka. Naturally gluten-free, Family Reserve features a special variety of young potato that was planted during the 2016 growing season in the rich, dark soil of the estate fields surrounding the distillery. The potatoes were harvested when they were still young, producing a sweeter tasting profile with delicate earthy notes. The spirit was then left undisturbed in fifty-year-old Polish oak barrels for two years to allow time for it to rest and mellow before being bottled, by hand. All the potatoes used in Family Reserve are naturally-grown without chemicals or pesticides on the Chopin distillery estate grounds. It is also ideal for sipping chilled neat, over the rocks, in martinis or signature cocktails.
Tasting Notes:
Presents on the nose hints of spice that accent a gentle, sweet musk
Palate opens with a delicate earthy sweetness
Followed by understated notes of licorice and clove
Finish is medium-long with a lingering warmth

IOWA Legendary
Life is hard; Rye Vodka makes it a bit better. In our humble opinion, our Rye Vodka makes it a LOT better. Who wouldn’t want to enjoy a pure vodka at the end of a hard day, or the end of a great day! (and everything in between)
Fourth A Pride
Chopin Potato Vodka is naturally gluten-free and the world’s most awarded potato vodka. Its uniquely creamy and full-bodied flavor profile makes it a great standalone vodka, ideal for sipping neat or in martinis and cocktails.
Chopin Potato carries a bold but well-rounded mouthfeel that will hold up to anything you choose. We suggest limitless options, showcasing it in herbaceous cocktails with basil and rosemary, or sweet veggies and fruits, like tomato, celery, and carrot to find exciting combinations. Highlight bloody marys with its natural umami or ignite the sense with an unforgettable celery spritzer. Of course, straight up in a classic martini is our first choice.

> Subtle green apple and vanilla nose
> Creamy and earthy taste
> Full bodied mouth-feel
> Long, clean finish, no burn
Chopin Wheat Vodka is the lightest and sweetest spirit in the offering. The delicate wheat vodka is perfect for sipping, or as a base for light summer cocktails.
Chopin Wheat is a natural, subtly sweet approach to the vodka lineup. While it works beautifully to create easy-going martinis, honey-backed cocktails will find perfect harmony. Chopin Wheat is the key to unlocking the potential of many classics. It brings forward the warmth of vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove in toddys, enhances the flavor of a vodka Bee’s Knees, or try a honey-wheat Collins for a refreshing twist on the classic.
> Floral bouquet aroma
> Sweet with notes of caramel
