Hennessy Black Cognac is the highly versatile, decidedly different new cognac from the world’s leading cognac house. Distinctively smooth with a fresher, lighter flavor, it is a blend of 35 to 45 unique pale and gold colored eaux-de-vie selected for their elegant floral characteristics. They are then aged in French Limousin oak casks which have been previously used at Hennessy for a more “gentle” maturation, and an elegant wood influence.

Hennessy Black offers an exciting alternative to vodka and tequila, and can be enjoyed on its own or mixed.

Hennessy Paradis Rare Cognac is is the product of more than 200 different cognacs that have been aged in Hennessy's cellars for up to a century. The cognacs are blended and allowed to age slowly in old oak casks, a process that gives Hennessy Paradis its rare, fine aroma and golden color. The taste is characterized by flavorful fruits such as pear, apricot, and raisin, with rose, iris, and lily floral accents. This exceptional cognac should be enjoyed neat in a crystal tulip glass.

And so we make our spiced rum based on the sailors tradition of spicing high-proof rum rations. "Plymouth Sloe Gin is a quintessentially English drink the origins of which have been lost in time. Although sloe berries grow all over Europe and many countries have their own version, it is the English style that is the most familiar. Come October, blackthorn bushes start to produce their fruit. The sloes are handpicked. This can be tricky since the blackthorn has very sharp thorns! Tradition has it that the sloes should be pricked prior to steeping (soaking), not with a fork but a silver pin! However, the established method is to use a thorn from the blackthorn bush. Another, far more practical method is to freeze the berries prior to steeping. They are then steeped in Plymouth Gin until the flavor has reached the desired intensity. Plymouth Sloe Gin is 26% ABV."
