Craftsmanship
Cazcanes Tequila honors the heritage of Mexico’s last indigenous people, sourcing Blue Lowland agave grown at 4,000–6,000 feet in volcanic tufa soil. The piñas are slow-cooked, naturally fermented using wild yeast, and distilled in traditional alembic stills. Aging in charred American oak barrels for four months imparts structured depth without compromising the purity of agave flavors. With only 600 bottles produced and 300 allocated to California, this release reflects careful attention to detail and artisanal dedication.
