The essence of cada día honors the Jalisco region's history and culture with nobility and distinction and delivers a remarkable tequila sipping experience.
Process: Handcrafted in small batches using 8 year old Blue Weber Agave that are slow-cooked for 40 hours in a stone oven. Naturally occurring yeasts from the agave are used for fermentation and during distillation, only the 'hearts' are used. Finally, the tequila aging process occurs for 8 months in American White Oak Whiskey barrels.
Result: An exceptionally crafted tequila reposado that is flavorful, deeply complex, and ultra-smooth.
