The result of this extended Double Oaked aging period is an American single malt that displays traits of something more classically produced in the Highlands of Scotland married with spicy attributes typically found in well aged American rye whiskey. This well rounded, complex whiskey is an incredible sipper for the die hard whiskey fan.
