TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Crystalline, clear

BODY: Medium body

NOSE: Cooked agave, hints of citrus and herbaceous notes

PALATE: Soft and gentle yet with much character. Full agave flavor, hints of fruit especially Granny Smith apples and pears in the long, lingering aftertaste

Double distilled in traditional pot stills. Rested in ex Bourbon oak casks for 8 months, to achieve a well balanced tequila reflecting a subtle balance between Agave and wood spices, without losing its freshness.
